Valerie (Val) Du Sold Prevish

Val is a professional writer and editor for more than 25 years. She brings expertise in creating, editing and testing training modules. She has also worked media organizations and large corporations to develop clear, compelling and accurate communications in many forms.  For the past four years, she has written about many Cincinnati area businesses in a regular column for the Cincinnati Enquirer and has covered numerous aspects of life in Southwest Ohio for several area publications.

In 1989 was named as a Who’s Who in Business Women for California.
In 1984 received journalism excellence award for feature writing from the N.C. Press Women Club.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Val has been very involved in the Wyoming community where she lives with her husband, John, and their three children.  She has been a board member with the Junior Woman’s Club, where she served on many volunteer committees raising money for local causes.  She is currently serving on the board of the Wyoming Swim Club where she co-chaired a successful capital campaign that helped save the club from closing.  She is also currently involved in volunteer activities with Wyoming City Schools.
