Our talented instructional designers create training materials based on adult learning theory with interactive and practical take aways, topped off with a look and feel to fit your company’s culture.

ANALYSIS
We ask: What is the impact to the existing culture? What are your needs? What are the gaps? What are the learning barriers? Who is your audience? Then, we excel at framing the challenge, problem or need into tangible learning opportunities. Thus, the curriculum design process begins.
The Thrive team of experts uses adult learning theory and rapid design to develop a training strategy, comprised of the following: course description, learning objectives, training environment, learning activities, exercises and evaluation.
MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT
Our materials are designed not only for the client needs, but are focused on the learners as well. Therefore, our materials are engaging, thought provoking and memorable. Our graphic designers work hard to ensure all materials are fresh, new and modern.
Examples include:
- Facilitator & Participant Guides
- Assessments/Instruments
- PowerPoint Slides
- Job Aids
- E-learning Content (storyboards and prototype)
- Media (audio, video, podcasts)
IMPLEMENTATION
Our knowledgeable staff of trainers can deliver the material at your office or location either to end users or internal training staff.
EVALUATION
When the training is delivered our job is not complete. Thrive's evaluation tools are used to measure training satisfaction, learner mastery and performance improvement.
