Thrive uses reliable instruments to get a better understanding of one’s self and what is important to you along with the types of work that may fit with your personality.
Part 3: Interpreting the assessments and developing an action plan.
Thrive coaches you to develop a plan on how to explore work and career opportunities. Plan the work – work the plan!
