Marlene200Marlene, is an experienced HR professional.  Retired from Procter & Gamble, she brings a core understanding of corporate strategy, systems and processes combined with a mastery of being in-touch with group and individual dynamics to her facilitation and training. Marlene uses her ability to connect with and understand people to help participants see what is unapparent, and connect in ways they may not have thought possible.  Marlene approaches facilitation, coaching and training with the attitude that we are all life-long learners and if we approach experiences with that attitude, myriad possibilities can unfold.
